By creating an account or using Vybita, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vybita.
Eligibility
Vybita is intended for users who are 21 years of age or older. You are responsible for complying with all venue rules, age restrictions, local laws, and safety requirements.
Venue information
Vybita displays venue information, crowd context, maps, hours, cover, happy hour, reviews, media, and live updates. This information may be incomplete, delayed, user-submitted, or inaccurate. Always confirm critical information directly with the venue before relying on it.
User content
You are responsible for content you post, including text, photos, videos, reviews, check-ins, and live updates. Do not post illegal, hateful, harassing, misleading, invasive, sexually exploitative, or infringing content.
By posting content, you grant Vybita a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, modify for formatting, distribute, and use the content to operate and promote the service.
Location and safety
Venue awareness and check-in features may use location data, but they are not emergency, security, or safety systems. Use your judgment, travel safely, and do not rely on Vybita to determine whether a venue or area is safe.
Moderation
We may review, reject, remove, restrict, or moderate content, accounts, venue suggestions, reviews, and updates at our discretion. We may suspend or ban accounts that abuse the service or create safety, legal, or integrity risks.
No warranties
Vybita is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RGDeuce Enterprises and Vybita are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from venue experiences, user content, inaccurate information, outages, or third-party services.
Changes
We may update these terms as Vybita evolves. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
