Who we are

Vybita is operated by RGDeuce Enterprises. Vybita helps users discover nightlife venues, view live venue context, share updates, and receive recommendations based on preferences, location, and venue activity.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as name, username, email address, phone number, birthdate, profile photo, cover photo, city, state, gender, race or ethnicity, relationship status, education, and selected vibes or interests.

We may collect venue activity information such as check-ins, soft presence signals, venue visits, live updates, crowd, line, cover, photos, videos, reviews, venue suggestions, and correction reports.

If location is enabled, we collect precise location data while the app is in use and, if you grant background permission, while the app is in the background so we can support venue awareness, distance, check-ins, soft presence, crowd insights, and optional venue sharing. If you separately enable Share my venue, accepted friends may see the venue where Vybita has confirmed your presence, but they do not receive your precise coordinates. Venue-sharing sessions last no more than six hours and end sooner when you leave, presence expires, or you turn sharing off.

If you affirmatively choose contact-based friend finding, Vybita collects phone numbers from your device contact list and uploads those phone numbers to Vybita's app.vybita.com servers for the one-time match you request. We compare them with verified Vybita account phone numbers to return existing users. We do not upload contact names, messages, photos, email addresses, or notes, and we do not retain the submitted list as your address book, share it with advertisers or other users, or use it for advertising. Invitations are prepared on your device and sent only when you choose a contact and use your phone's messaging interface.

If you use direct messages, we collect the message text, photos or videos you attach, events or venues you share, delivery and read status, reports, blocks, and related conversation records. Direct messages are not public, but they may be processed by our service providers and accessed by authorized Vybita personnel when needed for safety, moderation, support, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify phone numbers, personalize venue recommendations, power maps and distance features, show relevant updates, improve venue data, detect venue presence, support user-controlled venue sharing with accepted friends, and generate aggregate nightlife insights.

Contact phone numbers uploaded for friend matching are used only to return existing Vybita account matches. Contact invitations are prepared locally when you choose to invite someone.

We use direct-message information to deliver conversations, notify recipients, show delivery and read status, investigate reports, enforce blocks, prevent spam and abuse, and provide support. When a venue or promoter first messages an existing customer, Vybita may send that customer one service SMS directing them to the in-app conversation.

We also use information to moderate content, prevent abuse, troubleshoot bugs, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-related messages such as OTP codes, account notices, and support responses.

Anonymous and aggregate data

Vybita may create aggregate or de-identified reports about venue activity, crowd patterns, demographics, interests, and visit trends. These reports are designed not to identify individual users.

We do not sell a list of your personally identifying check-ins or precise movements. If we share insights with venues, advertisers, partners, or vendors, we aim to share aggregate or de-identified information rather than information that directly identifies you.

Photos, videos, posts, and public content

Content you post, such as status updates, venue-tagged media, reviews, profile information, and usernames, may be visible to other users depending on product settings, moderation, and follow relationships.

Do not post content you do not have permission to share. We may remove content that violates our rules, creates safety risks, or appears unlawful.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate Vybita, including hosting, database, authentication, SMS OTP, maps, storage, analytics, email, and app distribution providers. These providers process information as needed to provide their services to us.

Your choices

You can turn location, contacts, and notification permissions on or off in your device settings. Venue sharing is a separate in-app choice that you can stop without disabling location. You can edit many profile fields in the app. Some fields, such as birthdate and phone number, may be locked or require verification because they affect safety, eligibility, and account security.

You can request deletion or correction of account information by contacting us. Some logs, moderation records, legal records, backups, or aggregate/de-identified analytics may be retained where permitted.

Data retention

We retain information as long as needed to operate Vybita, maintain safety and integrity, support analytics, comply with legal obligations, and improve the product. Contact phone numbers submitted for a friend match are processed for that request and are not retained as a contact list. Direct messages and associated moderation records may remain until they are deleted under available product controls or are no longer needed, subject to safety, fraud, legal, backup, and audit requirements. Aggregate and de-identified information may be retained indefinitely.

Age requirement

Vybita is intended for users who are 21 or older. Do not use Vybita if you are under 21.
